WHO WILL BENEFIT?

My clients are active adults who want to stay strong, independent, and pain-free — and who value the convenience and privacy of being treated in their own home, office, or gym.

As a physical therapist, I’m a movement specialist. My job is to uncover what’s really causing your pain or instability and create a plan that helps your body move the way it’s meant to — smoothly and confidently. Think of me like a mechanic for the human body: instead of fixing engines, I help you get back to running at your best.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • A full-body evaluation to pinpoint what’s holding you back
  • A progressive exercise program that adapts as you improve:
    1. First, restoring pain-free mobility
    2. Then, building joint stability to protect that new motion
    3. Finally, adding strength to solidify lasting change and keep you moving with confidence
  • One-on-one sessions lasting 45–60 minutes, depending on what your body needs that day
  • Expert coaching that makes progress feel safe, simple, and achievable
  • Direct access to me — when you call with questions or concerns, you’ll reach me personally, not an answering system with a maze of buttons

And no — you don’t need expensive machines or heavy weights. With the right guidance, even simple movements can make a powerful difference in how you feel and function.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Every visit is designed around you — your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. No two sessions look exactly the same, but here’s what you can count on:

Manual Therapy
Gentle, hands-on techniques including soft tissue work, joint mobilization, and neuromuscular re-education to reduce pain, release tension, and restore normal movement.

Education
Clear, personalized education about your condition so you feel empowered instead of anxious. You’ll understand what’s happening in your body, what to expect, and how to avoid setbacks or future injuries.

Progressive Exercise Program
Your exercise plan evolves as you do. We’ll start by restoring pain-free mobility, then move into building joint stability to protect that motion, and finally progress to strengthening for lasting change. Each session (45–60 minutes, depending on your needs) blends treatment with guided movement so you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Direct Access to Me
When questions or concerns pop up between sessions, you can call and reach me personally — not a call center or automated system. Your care isn’t limited to the hour we spend together; I’m your partner throughout the process.
