WHO IS THIS FOR?

This is for active people over the age of 50 who value the convenience and privacy of being treated in your own home or office. Physical therapists are movement specialists and experts in the mechanics of the human body. Your PT will know how to relieve your pain or instability that is preventing you from fully enjoying the activities that you love. Just like your auto mechanic might fix your car so it runs smoothly.

We will evaluate you and develop a graduated exercise program that will allow you to accomplish your fitness goals safely. Each visit includes one hour of fitness training in your home, office, or gym of choice. You do not need a lot of fancy equipment and heavy weights for an effective workout.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

With Lifetime Health PT you can expect a visit to include:

Manual Therapy: this includes soft tissue work, neuromuscular re-education, and guidance from your therapist.

Education: Education on your condition to give you better outcomes, decrease fear and anxiety, and to help avoid future injuries.

Exercise Prescription: This is an individualized graded exercise prescription customized to each individual. Every individual has their own abilities, goals, and challenges.
